Prohibition on Attendance of Children at Movies Shown After 7:00 P.M.
No adult shall bring a child under the age of six into a movie theatre to attend a movie after 7:00 P.M., unless that movie is rated “G” for general audiences.
No movie theatre establishment shall permit a child under the age of six to attend a movie after 7:00 P.M., unless that movie is rated “G” for general audiences.
Any adult found in violation of this Section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
Any movie theatre establishment found in violation of this Section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00).
