WHEREAS, On July 1, 2004, the Mayor approved Bill No. 040602, entitled An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2005 Capital Budget; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor's signature copy of Bill No. 040602 includes the City Solicitor's statement that the Bill was [a]pproved as to form and validity, subject to the invalidity and severability of the increase from $4 million to $11 million in line 67 for FY2005; and
WHEREAS, The purpose of this ordinance is to re-enact that $11 million appropriation in the capital budget ordinance in accordance with all required procedures; now, therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Bill No. 040602 (approved July 1, 2004), entitled An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2005 Capital Budget, is hereby amended by deleting the amounts shown for line item 67 (Improvements to Existing Recreation Facilities), and adding for that line item a total amount of eleven million dollars ($11 million), all of which shall be allocated to the category CN.
