THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of The Philadelphia Code is amended as follows:

TITLE 17. CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENT.

§17-109. Local Bidding Preferences.

Award of City Contracts.

* * *

(d) The bid preference awarded in connection with a bid for City towing services to a Local Business Entity that is a towing company shall be 25%. In all other respects, the bid preferences shall be implemented pursuant to the terms of this section.
