Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," by permitting employees to authorize payroll deductions to purchase long term care and other voluntary insurance benefits through Financial Integrity Resources Management, LLC, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
