WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority (PICA) has approved the City's Five Year Financial Plan for the City of Philadelphia covering Fiscal Years 2005 through 2009 (Plan) on July 7, 2004; and
WHEREAS, The City now wishes to submit to PICA certain revisions to the Plan; and
WHEREAS, The revisions are contemplated by Sections 4.08(b), 5.07(b) and 5.08(e) of the January 8, 1992, Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City and PICA; and
WHEREAS, The implementation of certain of the revisions will require the adoption of an Ordinance or Ordinances of City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to provide its approval of such proposed revisions to the Plan; now therefore
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby approves the revisions to the Five-Year Financial Plan for Fiscal Year 2005 through Fiscal Year 2009, as reflected in the attached Exhibit A. The Chief Clerk shall keep on file and make available for public inspection a copy of said Exhibit A.
