Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 040999, entitled: "An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by deleting and no longer permitting the preparation and retail sale of food for consumption off premises as an accessory use in the C-2 commercial district; by amending the definition of a restaurant; and by making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.

Full Bill

WHEREAS, Bill No. 040999 was passed by this Council on December 16, 2004, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 040999, entitled “An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” by deleting and no longer permitting the preparation and retail sale of food for consumption off premises as an accessory use in the C-2 commercial district; by amending the definition of a restaurant; and by making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions,” for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
