RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That H. James Tollett, III is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion, to fill a vacancy in the term ending December 31, 2005.
