RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Rev. Timothy R. Lannon, S.J. is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion, to fill a vacancy in the term ending December 31, 2007.
