Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code by prohibiting vending on both sides of 8th Street, from Chestnut Street to Walnut Street and by permitting vending on both sides of 8th Street, from Market Street to Chestnut Street.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Vendors in Center City is amended to read as follows:

§9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City.

(8) Vending Locations.

(a) The following vendor locations are hereby designated as locations from which vending shall be permitted, provided Council shall not ever designate more than 300 such locations in all of Center City:
