WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section VI(2) of the December 29, 1972 Agreement between the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation, as amended, two members of the Philadelphia Gas Commission are appointed by City Council to terms of four years; now, therefore,
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,
THAT Councilmembers Juan Ramos and Marian Tasco are hereby appointed to the Philadelphia Gas Commission for terms ending January 7, 2008.
