Full Bill

WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Amended Project Plan for the 436 Walnut Tax Increment Financing District approved by Bill No. 040157 (approved May 6, 2004), the Oversight Committee for the District is to include a Councilmember-at-Large appointed by Council; now, therefore,

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT Councilmember Juan Ramos is hereby appointed to the 436 Walnut Tax Increment Financing Oversight Committee.
