Full Bill

WHEREAS, Ms. Licciardello competed against 17 of the Philadelphia area's brightest, prettiest, and most talented young women, and excelled in the competition; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Licciardello's singing talent, interviewing skills, and physical beauty, exemplifies what it means to hold the title Miss Philadelphia; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Licciardello studies systems engineering, demonstrating her intellectual acumen, and is a Bachelor of Science degree candidate at the University of Pennsylvania; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Licciardello is a member of various educational societies, and volunteers her time to help the youth of our area exhibiting her social commitment; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Licciardello will superbly represent the City of Philadelphia in the Miss Pennsylvania 2005 pageant; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That it, recognizes, honors, and celebrates Ms. Ronica Licciardello, Miss Philadelphia 2005 for her talents and well-rounded persona that earned her the title Miss Philadelphia 2005-- and wishing her well in the Miss Pennsylvania 2005 Pageant.

FURTHER RESOLVED, That an Engrossed copy of this resolution be presented to Ms. Ronica Licciardello, further evidencing the sincere admiration and gratitude of this legislative body.
