THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 10-1800 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 10-1800. VICARIOUS LIABILITY FOR STUDENT CONDUCT.

§10-1801.

(1) "Educational Housing District." Shall mean the following geographic areas:

(b) The Twelfth and Seventeenth Wards.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
