Amending Chapter 10-1800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Vicarious Liability for Student Conduct," by amending the definitions of Educational Housing District to include the Eighth Councilmanic District.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 10-1800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Vicarious Liability for Student Conduct," is amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 10-1800. VICARIOUS LIABILITY FOR STUDENT CONDUCT.

§10-1801. Definitions.

(1) "Educational Housing District" shall mean the following geographic areas:
