Transmitting a bill approving the first amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Fifty-first and Baltimore Avenue Urban Renewal Area, being the area in and around the 5000 and 5100 block of Baltimore avenue at Fifty-first street, including the first amendment to the urban renewal plan and the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately twenty-four (24) properties for institutional and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
