THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development a deed conveying, for nominal consideration, fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land located in the vicinity of 3061 Island Avenue, as described below, for further conveyance by the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development at fair market value, with the net proceeds to be returned to the General Fund:

BEGINNING AT A POINT OF CURVE

on the westerly side of Suffolk Avenue (50 feet wide), said point of curve being measured South 11º 51' 02" East, along the said westerly side of Suffolk Avenue, the distance of 801.109 feet from the southeasterly side of Lindbergh Boulevard (variable width); thence extending from said point of curve southwardly and southwestwardly, along the westerly and northwesterly side of said Suffolk Avenue, along the arc of a circle curving to the right and having a radius of 100.000 feet, the arc distance of 84.687 feet to a point of tangency; thence extending South 36º 40' 18" West, along the northwesterly side of said Suffolk Avenue, the distance of 75.056 feet to a point; thence extending North 11º 51' 02" West, the distance of 124.025 feet to a point; thence extending North 77º 45' 45.39" East, the distance of 90.002 feet to the

FIRST MENTIONED POINT AND PLACE OF BEGINNING.

CONTAINING IN AREA

7,337 Square Feet or 0.1684 Acres.

SECTION 2.

The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City.
