RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT Terry D'Alessandro is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Center City District of Philadelphia, to fill a vacancy in the term ending December 31, 2006.
