THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Permit Parking Only During Stadium Events

Tow Zone

The south side of Oregon avenue on the north, the east side of 7th street on the east, the approach to the Walt Whitman Bridge on the south and the east side of Broad street on the west.
