Transmitting a resolution approving an amendment to the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of an additional portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 469 & 522 also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 469 as 149-153 Laurel street and for Parcel No. 522 as 142 Pollard street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the amendment to the redevelopment contract with Onion Flats, LLC and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the amended redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
