Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040511) approved June 21, 2004, entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 in the area bounded by Aramingo avenue, Frankford creek and Adams avenue, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040511) is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law]
by June 21, 2007.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid in to the City Treasury within one hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
