Transmitting a bill approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 9-1A and Parcel No. 9-1B also sometimes identified by house number and street address for Parcel No. 9-1A as the northeast corner of Twenty-seventh street and Dauphin street and for Parcel No. 9-1B as 2310 North Twenty-seventh street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with T & T Washsense, LLC and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and dispositon supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter fronm the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
