Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040509) approved June 21, 2004, entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing the revision of City Plan No. 296 by relocating a portion of certain right-of-way for drainage purposes, which lies between Shawmont Avenue and Cross Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040509) is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law]
by June 21, 2007
