Transmitting a resolution approving an amendment to the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of an additional portion of the Fairhill and St. Hugh Urban Renewal Area, by including an additional property designated as Parcel No. 8 also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 3442 Hope street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the amended redevelopment contract with The Office of Community Development Archdiocese of Philadelphia and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the amended redevelopment contract, accompanied by an Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
