Full Bill
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 020429) approved November 13, 2002, was conditional upon certain requirements being satisfied within one (1) year from the date of approval.
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 030734) approved December 31, 2003, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020429, by extending the compliance period for satisfying the requirements to November 13, 2004.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020429) approved November 13, 2002, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2.
This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements by [November 13, 2004]

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
