THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
The following no truck parking and tow-away zone regulation is hereby established:
NO SEMI-TRAILOR AND/OR TRUCK TRACTOR PARKING ANY TIME
TOW-AWAY ZONE
in the area bounded by, within and including both sides of Vine street to Haverford avenue, Fifty-fourth street to Sixtieth street.
