THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

TITLE 10. REGULATION OF

INDIVIDUAL CONDUCT AND ACTIVITY

CHAPTER 10-100. ANIMALS

§10-112. Keeping Farm Animals.

(1) No person shall keep a farm animal anywhere except:
