THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2007 to 2012, inclusive, totaling five billion one hundred twenty-three million two hundred ninety-seven thousand (5,123,297,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
