Amending Section 14-1624 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "North Delaware Avenue Special District Controls," by changing the district boundaries to the area generally bounded by the south street line of Spring Garden street on the south, the west bank of the Delaware River on the east, the north street line of Lehigh avenue on the north and the east street line of 5th street on the west.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 14-1610 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§ 14-1624. North Delaware Avenue Special District Controls.

(2) District Boundaries. For the purposes of this Section, the North Delaware
Avenue Area Special District Controls shall apply to the area bounded by [Vine street, Second street, Wood street, Fifth street, Girard avenue, Frankford avenue, Lehigh avenue, the Delaware River, Spring Garden street, and Second street]
