RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT Daniel J. Anders is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, to serve in the term ending January 1, 2010.
