Amending Chapter 10-400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Noise and Excessive Vibration," by adding and making changes to certain definitions; all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 10-400 of The Philadelphia Code is amended as follows:
