THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040763) is hereby amended to read as follows:

This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law]

by October 27, 2007.
