To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of Holy Family University by allowing for the construction of a new student residence building.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Section 14-1107(c) of The Philadelphia Code, The Institutional Development District Master Plan of Holy Family University is hereby amended by allowing for the construction of a 6-story, approximately 120,000 square foot structure to be used as the Central Residence Building, which will house 350 students. This amendment also proposes expanding existing parking areas, adding 79 spaces, as well as proposing the demolition of the existing Lourdes Hall and the existing Incinerator Building, all set forth in attached Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
