Amending Section 4 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 030341) approved July 31, 2003, entitled "An Ordinance granting permission to Johnny Mañanas Restaurant located at 4201 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19129, to operate and maintain an open-air sidewalk cafe on the northeast corner of Ridge and Midvale avenues, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS
:
SECTION 1
. Section 4 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 030341) approved July 31, 2003 is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 4. The permission granted to Johnny Mañanas Restaurant to maintain and operate an open-air sidewalk café on the east footway of Midvale avenue shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Johnny Mañanas Restaurant has not entered into the Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 2 [within one (1) year after this Ordinance becomes law]
by September 30, 2006

SECTION 2
. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
