Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on the sidewalk of the west side of the 900 block of North 2nd Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§9-213. Farmers' Markets.
