Authorizing the construction of a stormwater sewer and appurtenant work in a proposed right-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes in former Greene Street from Saint Georges Road, through 627 Saint Georges Road, to Fairmount Park property, approximately 385 feet north of Saint Georges Road.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the
construction of a sanitary sewer and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sanitary sewers, in the following location:
A proposed right-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes in former Greene Street from Saint Georges Road, through 627 Saint Georges Road, to Fairmount Park property, approximately 385 feet north of Saint Georges Road.
