THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2007 within the Housing Trust Fund.

14.1 TO THE MAYOR - OFFICE OF HOUSING

AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
