Proposing an amendment to the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter relating to the appointment of the members of the Fairmount Park Commission, and providing for the submission of the amendment of the electors of Philadelphia.

AI summary

It would have created a nominating panel, required the Mayor’s appointments to receive City Council approval, set qualifications and term limits, and assigned the commission additional park planning, funding, reporting, and director-recommendation duties; the amendment would have been submitted to Philadelphia voters.
