Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 entitled, "An Ordinance authorizing the vacating of River Road, from a point approximately ten (10) feet southwest of the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line, northeastwardly to the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line," as amended, by extending the time for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001, as amended by Bill No. 020350, and as amended by Bill No. 030672, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by August 31, 2003]
by August 31, 2007.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
