THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1

Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING.

§14-207. “R-11”, “R-11A”, “R-12”, “R-13” Residential Districts.

Definitions.

Court. Any court as defined in §14-102, extending to any open area of the lot;

Group Dwellings. One or more structures intended for single family, two family, or multiple family occupancy on a lot;

Structure. Any space enclosed within continuous walls.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
