THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 6-301 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§6-301. Food Establishments.

(8) Responsibilities of Food Establishments.

* * *

(b) Conduct a minimum of one (1) self-inspection of the food establishment every three (3) months.

* * *

(.3) The food establishment shall submit to the Department each self-inspection and shall post in a conspicuous location the most recent self-inspection.

* * *

(e) The food establishment shall post in a conspicuous location the most recent inspection from the Department.

* * *

(11) Subject to the exemptions of Section 6-301(9), every food establishment shall be inspected a minimum of two (2) times per year.

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
