Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the American Street Industrial Corridor Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 11A and 11B also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 11A as 2114-2160 North American street including 241-257 West Diamond street & 240-258 West Susquehanna avenue and for Parcel No. 11B as 2103-2157 North Third street including 259-273 West Diamond street, 260-272 West Susquehanna avenue & 2102-2152 North Bodine street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with C & C Poultry, Inc. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
