Full Bill

WHEREAS, Bill No. 060445 was passed by Council on June 15, 2006, and thereafter presented o the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 060445, entitled "An Ordinance to amend the Institution Development District Master Plan of Temple University by allowing for the construction of a new building to be used for the Fox School of Business and Management," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
