Full Bill
WHEREAS, Mayor John F. Street has appointed Reverend Dr. Alyn E. Waller as a member of the Philadelphia Board of Ethics, to serve a three-year term; and
WHEREAS, Section 3-806 of the Home Rule Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of members of the Board of Ethics; now therefore
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of Reverend Dr. Alyn E. Waller as a member of the Board of Ethics, to serve in the term ending November 16, 2009.
