O'NeillWHEREAS, Paragraph II(13) of the Rules of Council provides that the Council President may, with the approval of Council by resolution, appoint a representative to act in the President's stead at any meetings of any City board, commission or advisory committee of which the President is an ex-officio member and at any meetings of the Board of Directors of a quasi-public agency or public authority of which the President is an ex-officio member; now, therefore,
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,
That The Council President is hereby authorized to appoint Rosalie Leonard to serve as the Council President's representative on the Philadelphia Historical Commission.
