THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2008 to 2013, inclusive, totaling seven billion sixteen million thirteen thousand (7,016,013,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
