RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT Paragraph III of the Rules of Council, as adopted by Resolution No. 040001, are hereby amended as follows:

III. Standing Committees

1. The Standing Committees shall be as follows:

(Consisting of not less than five (5) members.)

All matters relating to air and water quality; environmental initiatives such as green space, waste management and clean fuel; and new technologies to conserve resources.
