Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on the sidewalk of the median of the 400 block of South 2nd Street, also known as Headhouse Square, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§9-213. Farmers' Markets.
