(2) All tot playgrounds in the Fourth Councilmanic District shall be open to the public between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. Except from April 1 - October 1 the hours shall be 9 am to 8 pm.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
