THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 20-606 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 20. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.

§ 20-606. Board of Ethics.

(1) Powers and Duties.

Training For Candidates Regarding Financial Disclosure Requirements. The Board of Ethics shall make available four (4) times per year to candidates, prospective candidates and representatives of political committees training regarding the financial disclosure requirements applicable to candidates for City office contained in the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act, 65 Pa. C.S. § 1101, et seq. (commonly known as the “Ethics Act”).
