Amending Section 9-605 of The Philadelphia Code, related to "Towing," by increasing the fees charged for the licensure of tow trucks involved in towing operation; and making technical changes; all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-605 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.

Licenses.

No person shall engage in the business of towing vehicles unless

that person has obtained
